The Language Clubs were introduced to make language training more accessible to micro-businesses (that do not qualify for government funding support) in an informal learning environment. Funding for language training is not readily available and is certainly not available for companies with fewer than 10 employees. Popular demand saw the introduction of social language sessions for people that just want to keep their language skills alive or try out new languages for the first time.

Why Language Clubs?

The Language Club is ideal for beginners that are not sure if they will enjoy learning a language. The informal learning environment, that often includes food or drink from the target language region, is great for people that want to learn in a relaxed way. The group approach also keeps costs down for individual learners.

How does it Work?

The Language Club consists of ten optional sessions, each focused on a different topic, which allows you to attend only those that are of interest. A schedule of topics to be covered is distributed when you sign-up. If you want to attend a full course, then further discounts are available for block payment.

The Language Clubs run when there is enough demand - we run each Club when there is a group of 6-12 people with similar learning levels and interests. If we are not running a Language Club in your chosen language right now, it is always worth registering interest and we will contact you when the next block of sessions is going to run.
