Language Training
Choosing a Language Course
Before choosing a language course, and a provider, you should first look at the needs of your organisation. A language audit can be useful tool in this process, as it will help to identify existing skills, gaps and priority areas that may exist.

Having identified a requirement for language skills, you then need to find the right course for you. Optima Training will carry out a short assessment to identify your individual language needs and learning style. This will enable us to provide the best possible solution or make recommendations if we are not confident that we can meet your requirements directly.
The language audit may only identify one individual with a priority training need, but it is worth considering whether colleagues with similar needs could be included. This will improve the cost effectiveness and business impact of the training.
Once you know your language training requirements, you need to find the right provider. That's where we come in. We are confident that Optima will be the right choice and that we will provide exceptional value. However, you may still be deciding on your language provider - in which case you can download our 'Choosing a language trainer' guide, which provides tips for selecting a language training provider and outlines some questions that you should ask.

Intensive Culture Experience
Intensive courses are ideal if the language need is immediate - you are moving to work overseas - and you need to raise your skill level quickly. The Intensive Culture Experience totally immerses you within your target language culture for one, two or three weeks. By balancing tutorial time with real life situations and social activity, we deliver a rich and rewarding experience that builds language skills whilst providing an understanding of cultural influences and etiquette - giving you a more complete communication skill-set.
