Improving Student Reviews
Workshops undertaken with college staff to provide a better understanding of how the student review process impacts on all 'customer groups'. The training covered aspects of writing techniques, proof reading skills and introduced approaches to speed reading as ways of improving review writing under pressured timescales.
Employer Engagement
Delivery of training to apply business account management tools and techniques to employer relationships. The sessions covered use of SMART targets, effective sales techniques and negotiation strategies applied to the context of working with employers engaged in Train to Gain and Apprenticeship schemes.

Provides an understanding of the principles of consultative selling. Using the OPECC process pioneered by Optima, this course presents an introduction to the fundamentals of successfully selling education services to those that are new to a business development role.
