We also undertake reviews of learner focused materials to ensure that they are at the correct level of readability.

Your website is a critical communication tool and serves a broad range of customers. Getting the balance right between fun and professional for different readers is hard. We will undertake a critical review of your website, check for appropriate language levels and make recommendations for improvement.

Who is involved?

All of our organisational development work is led by our Business Director, Mark Small. He has over 15 years of experience in a wide range of customer service environments and has worked with a number of Colleges and Universities in improving their communication and interaction with business.
