We undertake detailed assessments of language departments in a range of education establishments and businesses. This normally involves a period of observation followed by extended hands-on development, working with your people to facilitate successful change.

We will evaluate your learner materials, literature and documentation for ease of access and appropriateness of language for the target audience.

Employer Engagement
We can support the improvement of employer responsiveness within the organisation. We will evaluate and assess front-line staff and working procedures to recommend development plans before working with your staff to implement required actions.

Who is involved?

The majority of our consulting work is undertaken by our Education Director, Jo Small. She has a strong track record of successfully providing both language and education consulting and teacher training. Jo is supported by a wider team of Associate Consultants.
