By Road:

A1 Northbound - leave the A1 at Coddington and turn right onto Beacon Hill Road. Follow the road down the hill for 0.5 of a mile. Cafferata Way is signposted on the right hand side of the road (a right turn lane is indicated). Take the next turn on the left and Newark Beacon is directly ahead. Parking is available to the left and right of the building.

A1 Southbound - leave the A1 at Coddington and turn right onto Beckingham Road. Carry onto Beacon Hill Road and follow the road down the hill for 0.7 of a mile. Cafferata Way is signposted on the right hand side of the road (a right turn lane is indicated). Take the next turn on the left and Newark Beacon is directly ahead. Parking is available to the left and right of the building.

A46 - leave the A46 at the Great North Road roundabout and take the B6326 towards Newark. Cross the rail tracks at Newark Castle Gate and proceed over the mini-roundabout. Get into the left lane and take the first left at the main roundabout onto Bar Gate (B6166). At the lights turn right onto Queens Road opposite the Malt Shovel public house. Continue over two mini roundabouts onto Sleaford Road. At the next set of traffic lights continue forward (right hand lane) onto Beacon Hill Road and take the first turning on the left onto Cafferata Way. Take the next turn on the left and Newark Beacon is directly ahead. Parking is available to the left and right of the building.

By Rail:

The town is served by two stations - Newark North Gate and Newark Castle Gate. Both are about 5-10 minutes walk, but it is up hill so if you had to stand on the train all the way from Stevenage due to overcrowding it may be a struggle. You can usually get a cab from Newark North Gate but you won't have much chance at Castle Gate. If you get stuck give us a call and we should be able to collect you.
